This is my figure made with clay.

I decided to make a turtle because I thought it would be interesting to create different textures among the animal. For example, the belly was quite soft comparing it to the shell. I took advantage of the properties of the clay in order to make it as real as possible, making the shell a little bit rough and irregular. 

Once the clay was dry, I mixed some soil colours such as brown, green, yellow and white in order to combine them and paint the turtle. For the skin of the animal, I chose a dark green. And for its shell, I selected different types of brown and green so as not to have an only colour. In this way, I think it ressembled more to a real one.
